Coping is not enough to respond to these three major upsets in life’s journey. Grief is a singular experience for each human being, there is no one size fits all relief that works for everyone. This interactive class will help you accept your own unique response to life’s necessary losses. Your acceptance of yourself will enable you to move out of the isolation that comes with simply coping. To accept your own unique response to the experience of grief will allow you to begin to re-enter the flowing movement of life in which loss can become renewal of meaning and fulfillment in your life.

“Financial Wellness” – Presented by the SSG Academy



Four one-hour financial education classes, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A and open discussion. The series will cover both theory and practice. Attendees will learn what to do and why they should do it.



All classes are taught by member specialists of the non-profit Foundation for Senior Services, and are certified experts in their fields.
